OUR
SERVICES
We believe that the Church should be a foremost change-maker in our communities. We aim to deliver high quality services to members of our community as one way of displaying the love of Christ to the world.

Advice, Guidance and Information
Access our free and impartial advice and guidance service Mondays-Thursdays 10:00am-4:00pm.
Our trained and experienced staff deliver a wide range of services for those requiring support with welfare benefits, debt, housing, health, immigration and employment related issues. We administer support in such areas as:
-
citizen advocates for court cases
-
CV checking, job searching and interview practice
-
completing forms and legal papers
-
switching energy providers
-
debt management plans and much more.
Certain cases will be referred to specialised local services to ensure you receive holistic and quality support.
Emergency Provision
For a temporary helping hand to those in crisis, we provide fresh food parcels (during office hours and subject to availability). We also provide food bank vouchers to people in crisis to receive 3 days worth of food from the West Bromwich Food Bank based at West Bromwich Community Church. Proof of identification and accommodation may be requested for food support.

Sleeping bags, blankets, hygiene products and clothing is available to homeless and rough sleepers upon request.
Our doors are open to anyone in need. Warm yourself by the fire with a hot drink, use our restroom and seek further support to get you back on your feet as soon as possible.
