Established in 1987, Centrepoint Christian Church has always had a commitment to reaching those often overlooked by traditional church approaches. We believe in a God-centric, people-focused vision that takes many forms and directions. We firmly stand by the premise that the local church is God's foremost plan to reach neighbours, the community, and the world, not because of something unique to Centrepoint, but because we serve a God who delights in using broken vessels to accomplish miraculous things.
Centrepoint is a genuine family church, offering a welcoming community where the 'whosoever' can belong, feel loved, and accepted. We started with humble beginnings, meeting in members' houses to worship, study Scripture, and pray. Even today, we continue in that spirit of humility, choosing authenticity over perfection and seeking to reflect Jesus in all that we do.
Our worship style at Centrepoint is characterised by lively adoration of God, and our theological stance remains conservative with a strong focus on practical application. We hold firm beliefs in a coming revival and are dedicated to equipping believers to reach their full potential in Christ.
VISION
I see a community of followers of Jesus Christ, committed to live by faith, to be known by love and to deliver the New Testament message of hope and love to a broken world.

I see a church of influence. A church not contained or defined by a building but by it's people. A people that reach out to West Bromwich and the surrounding areas and welcome in the whosoever. This church is home to the younger and older, individuals and families, from all walks of life and at all stages of their spiritual journey. This is a place to contribute, grow and belong.

I see a church inspiring response to the salvation call of Jesus Christ. A church dedicated to equipping the saints to minister. A church raising up an effective leadership consumed with the goal to see God's Kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. With such Kingdom focus, this church will count whatever the cost and pay whatever the price to see transformational revival come.

As a local Church, we belong to the Evangelical Alliance, and subscribe to its doctrinal Basis of Faith.
